At RTI, we are committed not only to DOING mission, but BEING mission. We accomplish this by: 1) modeling Christ in love; 2) giving selflessly; and 3) being good stewards of what has been entrusted to us.

Our new faith community was birthed from a God-given desire to
reach the unchurched, younger generation for Christ. Our mission is to disciple, strengthen, and teach the current and future generation how to fervently live out the gospel.

It is our responsibility to strengthen our faith foundation in Christ so that we can lead our next generation with grace. How do we accomplish this? As Timothy's mentor, Paul advised him to not let anyone treat him as if he were unimportant simply because he was a young disciple. Instead, he admonished Timothy to set an example and show other Christians how they should live with speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity (1 Timothy 4:12).

Mission Trip 2025: Dominican Republic

In collaboration with Dra. Yordania Martinez, a medical doctor and program coordinator for a community loan closet, we were able to provide much needed medical supplies to the elderly residing in the community and at a local nursing home in Bani, Dominican Republic.

Operation: preso en cristo

Inside of the national penitentiary La Victoria in the Dominican Republic is a faith community, known as Preso en Cristo, which translated means Incarcerated in Christ, that worships God in spite of their circumstances. At RTI, we geared up to ship two containers, also known as "tanques" so that they can continue to worship as they reach their incarcerated peers for Christ. Thanks to the support of individual donors and organizations, we were able to fill these containers with 100 Spanish bibles, in addition to a large quantity of pantry staples and personal care supplies.

Thanks to all of our supporters who prayed with us, the containers made it to their destination intact on July 30th and all of the donated items were distributed within the penitentiary.
